Coordination starting at $1500

The coordination package starts at the 3 month mark and includes the following:

Planning Meetings: We’ll meet twice to discuss your wedding day timeline, ceremony, and overall vision for your big day. One of these meetings is the final walkthrough.

Unlimited Communication: Email and text support starting three months out.

Timeline Creation: A personalized wedding day timeline that covers the ceremony, reception, and all other key events.

Vendor Management: Managing vendor communication, confirming of all vendor details and timing to ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time.

Rehearsal Coordination: Lead your wedding rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours) with prepared documents and layout for smooth ceremony flow.

Onsite Coordination: Onsite event management to oversee everything on the big day, ensuring smooth execution. This includes one assistant to the lead planner.

Floor Plan Assistance: I will assist you in creating a custom floor plan for your venue, ensuring your decor, seating, and layout align perfectly with your vision.

Basic Setup + Breakdown: I will gladly setup and arrange table and reception decor along with safely packing it away at the end of the night.

Final Venue Walkthrough: We’ll set up a time to walk through your venue and discuss the layout and major design details to prep for setting up day-of.

Day-of Emergency Kit: As any wedding coordinator should, I provide a well-stocked kit with essential items to handle any last-minute situations.

Planning Guidance starting at $2750

The planning guidance package begins as soon as you book and includes everything from the coordination package as well as the following:

Wedding Planning Toolkit: I will provide you with a comprehensive planning toolkit and checklist with a ton of resources to guide you through the entire wedding planning process, ensuring you stay organized and on track every step of the way.

Unlimited Communication: Email and text support as soon as you book.

Monthly Check-ins: You and I will meet once a month to talk through progress, discuss next steps in the game plan, and ensure everything is getting checked off the list in a timely manner.

Vendor Recommendations: I will tailor a vendor recommendations list based on your needs, style, and budget. Every recommendation will be ideally suited to your vision!

Vendor Contracts Review: All vendor contracts will be reviewed in order to gather delivery, setup + timeline details as well as ensure all agreements are followed.

Mood Board Creation: A custom mood board will be created based on your vision details. This will help guide you in decision-making for design as well as help me refer vendors that fit your overall aesthetic.

Full Service Planning starting at $4500

The full service package begins at the moment of booking and includes everything from previous packages along with the following:

Vendor Assistance & Booking: I’ll help you find and book all your vendors based on your needs, vision, budget and aesthetic.

Planning Meetings: Starting as soon as you book, we’ll meet as many times as needed to get your big day designed and planned. These meetings are in-person for local (within 30 miles of Columbia, SC) or via Zoom for out-of-town couples.

Full Layout + Design: This includes everything from creating a detailed venue layout with floor plan & seating chart to full design services. You give me the vision and we’ll go from there.

Budget Development: We will work together to delegate financials as well as assign and prioritize spending categories so you get exactly what you want within your budget.

Invites, RSVPs, and Hotels: I will do as much as you need from booking room blocks to stuffing invites, mailing, then managing guest RSVPs.

Anything + Everything: Need someone to pick up your dress? Need 150 labels added to your favors? Need all the welcome baskets stuffed with gifts for your guests? Say no more, I’ll be there to help with it all.
